One of Millenilink’s clients is hiring a ServiceNow Consultant with over 5 years of ServiceNow experience.The successful candidate must be a functional client facing expert with specific experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM) or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Active Canadian federal security clearance is required for this role.

In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates MUST have:

1. 5+ years of functional experience with ServiceNow Platform

2. Hands on functional experience with ServiceNow APM or ServiceNow SPM.

3. Experience developing and documenting functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.

4. Experience developing and documenting screen, report and interface requirements.

5. Experience developing functional, business, and/or system interface or capability interaction.

6. Gathering and analyzing information to establish the functional needs of a system or project.

7. Designing methods and procedures for computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems.

8. Developing, testing and implementing small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems.

9. Documenting forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures

10. Transferring functional and technical knowledge client staff through training, coaching, demonstrations, written instructions and documents.

11. Contributing to project team meetings and collaborating with the team members.
