Millenilink is hiring a Senior Manager for a one-year contract starting in early October.

The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in cyber threat scenarios, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational readiness and resilience against cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, development (TTX presentations), and execution of cyber incident tabletop exercises for clients.

• Collaborate with client leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders to tailor exercise scenarios to organizational needs and risk profiles.

• Facilitate engaging and realistic simulation sessions, ensuring participation from relevant executives, IT, legal, compliance, and communications teams.

• Assess organizational response capabilities, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

• Develop comprehensive after-action reports, including lessons learned and prioritized remediation steps.

• Stay current with emerging cyber threats, incident response best practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Advise clients on incident response plans, playbooks, and crisis communication strategies.

• Mentor and guide junior team members in exercise design and facilitation.

• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

In order to qualify for this opportunity, candidates MUST have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 9+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on incident response and/or tabletop exercise facilitation.

• Proven experience designing and leading cyber incident simulation exercises for large organizations.

• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and industry standards.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Experience engaging with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GCIH) strongly preferred.

• Crisis management and incident response planning experience.

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
