Product Manager

Millenilink is supporting a provincial public sector client in the search for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background in Azure data and AI technologies. This is a 10.5-month contract with flexibility around remote work, depending on the consultant’s performance and role requirements.

We’re seeking someone who is not only a strong communicator and stakeholder manager but who also has hands-on experience with Azure Data technologies and the initiative to drive product delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product roadmap across multiple data and AI initiatives.

• Translate business strategy into product strategy and clearly define goals and outcomes.

• Work directly with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage evolving requirements.

• Take responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including execution, delivery, and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure technical feasibility and guide development decisions using deep knowledge of Azure data tools.

🔍 Key Qualifications:

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally in complex technical environments.

• Strong technical proficiency in:

• Azure ecosystem (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake)

• Medallion architecture and data platform frameworks.

• Background in data engineering or data development is a strong asset.

• Experience working with AI products and data-centric solutions.

• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is highly preferred.

• Comfortable operating in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery model.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills—comfortable interacting with both executives and technical teams.

• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and bureaucracy.
