One of Millenilink’s clients in the consulting industry is looking for a part-time Oracle Field Service Lead/Advisor that has a minimum of two implementations on Oracle Cloud for a 5 month primarily remote contract. This will become a full-time role effective May 2026, however the successful Oracle Field Service Advisor will work with the client on pre-work for the 5 months leading up to this.

The end client is an oil & gas end client that will use Oracle Field Service to track job activities, duration and maintenance. The goal is to standardize costs for increased accuracy tracking various activities. Additionally if the successful candidate has experience with Oracle CRM on cloud, the successful candidate will also assist in creating a customized view in Oracle CRM for the scheduling and qualification of the various jobs. Prep work is required to understand the various activities that occur on a job, team structure, timing etc. and recommend best practices to prepare to implement Oracle Fusion Field Service starting in May 2026. The client’s standard business hours are MST.

In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates MUST have:

• Minimum of two full-scale Oracle Field Service implementations on Oracle Cloud

• Experience not just as a coder or implementer but as an advisor that can advise on best practices

• Experience preparing an organization to implement Oracle Field Services (standardizing activity codes, advising client gathering details etc.)

• Ability to work with the client and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements, run workshops and make suggestions

• Experience advising clients on standardizing rules and activities in Oracle Field Service

• Experience creating custom workflows in Oracle Field Service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Oracle CRM/Oracle Sales on Oracle Cloud
