One of Millenilink’s clients is hiring a Manager, Model Design and Governance for our financial services client. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the architecture and governance of the Anaplan model as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) modernization program and enterprise-wide implementation of Anaplan. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Canada.

The Manager will support the overall success of Global Finance by ensuring specific individual tasks and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

In order to qualify for this opportunity, candidates MUST have:

• Ability to gather, understand, and action business requirements.

• Developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to build relationships across the Bank and with external vendors.

• Developed presentation and written communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have:

• 1+ years of experience in FP&A. Financial modeling/scenario building experience an asset.
