Data Governance Manager

This is a 4-6 week contract with an immediate start date. This is 100% remote in Canada

• Provide expertise on data governance best practices to the Client, including proper definition of roles and responsibilities around data governance, definition and documentation of governance processes, and guiding principles.

• Act as an expert and help drive work session with the Client to define governance processes, roles and issues.

• Educate the Client on best practices around data governance.

As part of the best practices initiative data scope, produce the following documents:

• Document outlining overall data governance roles and guiding principles.

• Governance process documentation for key data elements identified from the best practices initiative.Document identifying gaps and issues around governance and data quality.
